Not sure how they get them in the bottle...Is there another way to extract the salamander juice?
old joke from the university of salamanca (oldest in europe) where, in jokingly latinized castilian, they state the obvious (and sometimes not so obvious) “what nature does not grant, salamanca does not lend”…I have no idea what that means in any language. Obviously, it is not whole salamander, but salamander juice. Which requires pressing the salamander. Not sure how they get them in the bottle...
Thanks. I was thinking it was Italian and couldn't make any sense of it. Universidad de Salamanca, now that is a place I know all too well.old joke from the university of salamanca (oldest in europe) where, in jokingly latinized castilian, they state the obvious (and sometimes not so obvious) “what nature does not grant, salamanca does not lend”…

I got that one in 96(it's a 95-according to Gibson[?]).Love the 5 string LP. I've been on the hunt for one for a while. I would like one of each carved top (LPB-3?) and flat top. I have noticed that the 5 string variety of both tend to have nicer maple tops in general compared to the fours. I missed my chance at buying them new in the 90's.
Hi everyone! New Burgundy Bird here!
Nice to meet an active group of TB bassists, wish you have a great day, I’m coming from Fender and Modulus looking for another animal of tone, im in love with this bass, the looks, and I did not get the ear yet in the perfect tone, but I changed the factory strings for a DR pure Blues with 3 months of use, and im down for this setup!
Some pics from yesterday! Cheers!

Confirmed. I was mostly sane when I started here, but even that has been taken from me. Just look at me.~1/2 of that is sorta true...maybe.

Oh, no! That sounded like a open door challenge...Well, if all the translation material isn't initiation enough.
I don't know what is.![]()

Mad skilz there!
Your craftsmanship is unparalleled, I can only assume you've used the finest Balsa for the neck and complimented it with a cast pewter truss rod.
Shoehorn for flipflops.what's a truss rod?
