The Seattle news was discussing the number of tower type construction cranes presently in use here, we're second in the U.S. with 37, LA has 51 - Paltry in comparison to Toronto with 225, what the fudge is going on up there!?

It takes two Canadian tower cranes to make one US tower cranes or something like that. Still pretty impressive.

Seattle used to have more tower cranes than anywhere except Dubai. Not any more.

Same in Mass, but the Centigrade system threw me when I was a kid, they use it out here too.

but I’m notoriously bad with identifying colours.

Is it that you don’t see the differences? I know guys that only acknowledge Red, Yellow, Blue, Green, Orange and Purple as legitimate names for colours.

It ain't Thursday but my old, chromed out '96 is on its way home. It'll be nice to have it again. Its last owner was a good man, and I'll be happy to have something to remind me of him.

For anyone in the Sacto area, there is a Foreigner cover band that is forming with some serious folks. They are looking for a bass player. They claim to have a promoter and a summer full of gigs. I can't help because that's 180 mile round trips for me...OK, it's because I have no talent. Let me know if anyone is interested and I'll make the introduction.

Yes, but the flag over the BurgBird now says free room and board with unlimited use of this bass for GBassNorth.
Keep it up and I might just move into your house! I hope you have a big basement, I’m gonna need a lot of room for the 70+ guitars and basses I’m bringing.
