Don't go to sleep. Somebody will buy a Thunderbird and then you will be behind. And, I'm caught up. Such dedication! I think that deserves some applause.

You really ought to go to better motel rooms. Or is that the quarter hour rate?

I think he means well but I can't take seriously when he call the bass a "Firebird" (What the fudge!) less than 30seconds in.
There is a cult. Competing for attention with the Princess Fingers Club.
I clapped once and by now you're behind again.
He has the same problem I had with the Pro V. Rather than consult with a doctor, I just recognized that my hand did not fit that neck. I'm a big fan of doctors, and taking care of hands. But I just ditched the bass with the anti-Miles neck. You need to consult a doctor about that! Sharp pain is a bad symptom to ignore.
...By the way, I did get the David Ellefson SIT strings today. So far they sound good on the NR. Won't know live till Wed. But I am not in a cult.
Not necessarily. Didn't you watch Endgame?Speaking for myself only, one of the reasons I joined the army and served in the Gulf War was a strong belief in freedom and a mission to spread freedom in the world. Time off to celebrate freedom in the way you choose (as long as it does not impede the rights and freedoms of others) makes me happy. The solemn day is remembrance day when we think of those that did not return from the cause.
It would be worrisome if more returned...
That's the first thing cults teach you to say.
I have noticed that many bass players, and my teacher counseled me to do this, play with their wrist bent at quite a sharp angle.* Although this may aid in reaching across frets, it is not good posture for the hand and can cause some chronic damage. I already have enough hand issues; I will not be playing with difficult posture. He has the same problem I had with the Pro V. Now if I'd just had to play that bass, I'd definitely have talked to a doctor. But there's a very good chance they'd have said to get a different bass, switch back to trombone, etc.

*this angle will result in problems.

Still propagating the incorrect myth of Fender having anything to do with why they changed it. Sounds good though, but was hoping he played "I'm a Believer" on it.
Well, 15 minutes if you want time to take a shower afterwards...

This one looks like she’s having a lot more fun…
…can you imagine the smile on her face if she were playing a Tbird instead!
Probably more a fellowship.Where do you come up with this crazy stuff? Followers of the Right Funky Brother Ken are not a cult.

Ken is in the box at the start of the meeting until he is conjured up.
