Can't help you on that. Many mango seasons ago, I loaned my 66 Gibson EB-3(SS)to a guy who played lefty 'til he could afford to buy a bass. He flipped the strings, flipped 'em back when he gave it back to me. I have no clue what he bought. It's backwards. Only Gibson seems to make any basses in left-handed.
@JIO - looks like Scott DeVine recently got one of your favorite basses?

I assume it’s an input choice. XLR cable or standard TS 1/4”.XLRs for speakers. Just like my old Marshall power amp!
Never played that cab, but I tried an old 215 and it sounded great. I would have bought it but didn't want that big of a cab.Another cab question. Another local option is the Trace Elliot 2103h. Any opinions on that brand.
I will forever associate the Tommy album with a jet black '58 Thunderbird, buddy of mine had one with an 8 track player in it, beautiful car, first heard it on a nice summer day in his car.
I just realized @TBird1958 would probably really have liked this car.

I dig that year ('58) of T-bird - in black I'm pretty sure Perry Mason or Paul Drake drove one. I know Perry drove the same year Skyliner with the hard-top that automatically folded into the trunk - awesome.
Paul Drake driving a '57 - and later driving a '63

the '63 is my favorite T-bird.

Obviously a muddy, unplayable bass..........
I remember Skyliners, you used to see them around here and there, I could tell you the year, kind and model of just about every car I saw when I was a kid, after about 1955 that is. I lost interest sometime during the 70's. Thunderbirds were my favorite when I was young though. Lincolns too. The owner of a mill in my town was a car collector and alternated driving a '55 silver Continental Mark II and about a 1932 V-16 Cadillac to his mill everyday, the thing was huge. This was during the late 60's. The Cadillac was a green convertible.

Those Continentals were cool - before they morphed into a "luxury" car. Joni Mitchell is seen getting into one in this classic Santa Barbara County Bowl vid at 12:31 - as a cyclist who commonly rides the roads of Marin/Mt Tam..., I saw this car on one of my rides. As rare as they are - it was unlikely anyone but Joni.
Here’s the link…I like it!
He may have one under the Christmas tree![]()

Guess he thought it was a big cucumber…
I don’t get that at all. Looks like fun to me, especially if worn by an adoring fan.
