That kind of thing is the only problem I've had with USPS. I use them for anything I sell and have never had a problem. FedMess is the only shipper that can't figure out where something actually is or why. They must be dirt cheap.

No problems where I live, but some people i know had minor yard flooding and things like blown-over fences.
In Sacramento itself, the wind blowing over trees & power poles seems to have been the worst of it, but you don't have to get very far out of town before it gets a lot worse, especially with the flooding
I recall it was dry when Frank and I drove south down I-5 last year, all the riverbeds we crossed didn't have any water in them......
Glad to hear it. In late 2021 I sent out a box of dive gear for servicing and all that arrived was a sliver of the shipping label. Never found. And getting them to simply give me the insurance money I paid for was like pulling teeth.

I'm working on the ultimate tone machine - a bass made entirely of purple silks. Still working out a few bugs - like the ability to hold its shape. My wife calls it the Crazy Eddie bass. What could go wrong?

With todays lull, the Bond Girl show tonight on Richmond Point is a go. RP has an ocean shore side, but the club is more inland close to the HW. Looks like a fun joint.
Looks like it could get loud if you aren't careful.

With our new drummer who 'gets' dynamics/appropriate volume for the room - I think we'll be ok.
It does look to have high ceilings.

Any insurance related transactions with any delivery service are a royal pain.
