Interesting description. How do they compare in terms of low and low-mid frequencies?

Lows and low mids are all there, very clean and distinct.
It's a very well balanced pick up across the frequency range, doesn't favor one freq. over the other.

I will defer to @Chucky Stiletti , but it seems to me that with an inductor (the pickup) and a capacitor (assumes a tone control), there has to be a resonant frequency.
