Thunderbird Club

Yeah, I'm about to bag it and head home. Anything that really needs to get done will just be more urgent tomorrow.

I'm loving riding the "Heavy Metal" Sounder train keeps me from turning into an A-Hole in Seattle traffic, was a beautiful trip in today, cool seeing the planes on Boeing Field.

Not a 200. I know Kat has had reservations about hers at times. Different animal than the 300s and 100s.

Traynor really should get back here with a dealer network like they had back in the day. But I understand they pretty much run the lines at capacity as it is and have no problem selling all they can produce through Long & McQuade (same ownership group) stores in Canada.
They’ve been advertising that for at least a couple years. Doubt anyone really bought one other than the seller trying to make it sound reasonable.

Proof that I'm a freak. Peggy Flemming became the love of my life as a grainy black and white figure on the TV. What was a not quite 8 year old boy doing watching figure skating? Beats me, but there I was and there she was. Then she was on the cover of Life magazine. That was it. I was done.

Completely forgot to mention this. Across the street from the club we played at last Thurs. is a great beer bar. Jeff and I met there before the show. So after the beer, we head across the street to the club and the second we step foot inside the club, Stayin' Alive comes on. It could not have been timed more perfectly.

So y'all broke out dancing?

I've hugged a big white telephone a few times..........

FWIW I have two '76s and they really do not sound like any other Thunderbird, those pickups sound good when you play through a big amp with some volume, I'd bring the bass and keep a very close eye on it.

Happy girl

Did you both do the Stayin’ Alive strut walk?

…and then…

Lawyering will do that.
Yes it will. I need to retire. I’ve worked longer than my Dad, my father-in-law, my uncle, her uncle, and our grandfathers. 39 + years of very stressful work in an ever changing and more difficult environment. Just trying to hang on at this point. I thank God every day for my family. And my Thunderbirds.
