AFAIK the active ingredient in Benadryl is what they used as sleeping pills in the 50's/60's. The newer antihistamines are much less likely to make you sleepy and worth a try.

They came from my area, Worcester, Mass and I saw them in a local club before they got big, great live band, you could tell there were going to go places, I hope I haven't posted that here 100 times before.

They use it for OTC sleeping pills now but in the 50's and 60's you got the good stuff,
different forms of barbiturates which were very physically addictive if you abused them. They were also commonly used in suicides and a lot of accidental deaths also. The problem with Benadryl is that it will work for sleep for a few weeks then gradually it stops working. I think the anti-allergenic properties stay though, @PillO will know.
My theory is that by ‘71, ‘72, ‘73 companies figured out how to record live shows economically, and with good results. They learned from Woodstock and Altamont. That Rolling Sones truck thing just outside and all that. Or similar. CSNY. Uriah Heep Live. Yessongs. Bowie. Wishbone Ash. And so many others. I have some live albums from the sixties, but the only one I think is ok is an Association album. So I think we have Woodstock and the Stones for really starting the live album era. By ‘76, everyone was releasing live albums. Frampton being the king.
Not just AM. FM and newspapers are going the same route.

I’ll probably bring the mysterious LE Custom Shop Epi (is it TV Silver? Or a green that I can’t confirm was ever produced?). That Thunderbird should be here by next week (it’s coming to Cali via slow boat from Mass).

Another @Chucky Stiletti type question. The spec on the 200s is 60W at 16ohms. Is there any reason that I couldn't play that into my 215m, which is 4ohms? I do have other options at 8ohms (MM 115RH and Trace Elliott 210).
