You did WHAT????One classic muscle car I had which I sold because I couldn’t afford the gas and tires-
A gold 1971 Plymouth GTX with a 440 Commando- you know the one with raised marquis lettering ‘440’ left and right on the hood- and with power windows no less!!
I was broke and the air leaked out of the left front tire as fast as I could put it in.You did WHAT????![]()
you favor Rics?Heck. Martin Turner played one too. But he eventually saw the light.
I don’t think I’ve said much about the ‘24 Crosstrek I got last month. It’s an all wheel drive tool for the snow. Comfortable enough, handles really well and doesn’t look terrible. But at the end of the day, it’s just a car.

Someone here must have a worthy car to go pick up Mike. Think of the adventures!Nope. Train, maybe-if I could find someone to look after the house, the cat, my various bills, feed the outside critters, etc. for two weeks(the time it would take to get there and back).
I love my 4003 Fireglo- fantastic quality of build and craftsmanship and definitely not hard on the eyes, but she did make my left pec hurt with her square-edged upper horn until she broke me in!you favor Rics?
My Twin tubro charged 4 door, 4x4 Mustang with a huge trunk. We haven’t talked cars in a few days. Whats up?
So I’m thinking that was the route. The park off San Antonio Road on the way to Casmalia. Hilly in some places. Casmalia is the home of Hitching Post #1 (#2 is in Buellton and was used for the movie Sideways), the premier Central coast oak Steakhouse.I'd have to see if there's an online record of the route. It was brutal, that's all I recall. An out & back loop twice. I distinctly recall my lower back killing me when I finished. The Sat ITT was on the air-base itself, and the crit was held at a small triangular-shaped park in the vicinity.

Oh, hell, I'd drive my own-the "Gigmobile":Someone here must have a worthy car to go pick up Mike. Think of the adventures!
Could even fit the Ka$ino and 67NR* in there. But I'd still need someone to man the house, feed critters, bring in the mail-good and junk, pay the bills, etc. For 2 1/2 weeks, minimum.
We don’t use salt here. Cinders only.My Twin tubro charged 4 door, 4x4 Mustang with a huge trunk.

Also good in the snow is the Beast--also twin turbos and 4WD when needed. Problem is I hate getting all that salt crap on them......

('cept in the air)white with black trim…74, paid 425 with ohsc in 81…replaced the neck pup with dual Jbass pups wired as a humbucker and angled like on Roger Glover’s….later removed the frets and had it refinished natural……finally, used towards bar credit in Spain (place we played at called Las Griegas) in 87…..what an idiot……Mine was Jet Black as well. Looked fantastic.

A couple had me! Each turning me every which way but loose, until they decided to turn me loose-I had a redheaded (with freckles) gf for a brief period... alas, wasn't meant to be. ~sigh~![]()
The wind is legendary. Try running in it. Absolutely brutal during track season.I just remember the wind.
Me, another lifetime ago... lean, mean bike-racin' machine.
