Thunderbird Club

I know this is TalkCars, but if I may go off topic, I got an answer elsewhere about the construction of the TB+. That block on the bottom is in fact the ceramic magnets (3), and the rails are steel. Ceramic seems to be too brittle to also act as a rail, where alnico can, and does. That's why the TB+ got back.
Makes sense. Next question: is there any way to change the magnets from ceramic to alnico?
Magnets are available:

Sounds like fun to me!

Sounds like fun to me!

pre-cut magnets for treble geetar humbuckers are readily available, but I don't know what's involved in cutting magnets to the correct size for other applecations..

I wans't happy with my 2020 ric neck pickup output so I added some button neomalcondominimum magnets and fixed it...

That looks great! Lot's of cars blowing up and funny one-liners! :D And bonus, one-time James Bond George Lazenby (with '70s mustache) Friday night movie!
Yes, I’ve trying to find it on the local versions of the streaming services. No luck so far. I think I probably saw it on TV late 70s/ early 80s as some of it if familiar. I’m keen to re/watch it.

I have seen a few movies from the list in the wiki. I might try and tick a few more.

Stone is a good movie, but certainly not G rated. A cop is undercover in a bikie gang. Lots of riding around in picturesque Sydney locales.

The Desoto got traded for a Pontiac with the same visor and then my favorite, a 57 Plymouth wagon with a push button tranny. I think I killed that tranny playing with the buttons when my parents went shopping and I stayed in the car.

Same color, not the car.
