IIRC that one is a relic refinish already. Glad to see it landed in the club!Awesome addition to the flock Chuck!
That one seemed like a better than fair asking price all things considered, glad to see someone snatch it up that will appreciate its potential. If you haven’t already, you might want to reach out to Scott to see if he has any updated bridges left, I think he was running low on them.
So, are the plans to keep it as is, or restore it, or just play the heck out of it?
Please, for the love of Thunderbirds, don't use that "case" (as Gibson called them) tonight.thx George! seems like it intonates ok….one of the few ones I’ve seen with what seems like an intact headstock….joining a blues band called King Bee…. will put it through its paces at practice tonight….![]()

And if everybody did that, this world would be a much better place!I just rejoice in good people's, good fortune.
David Bowie (Jones) was in a band called The King-Bees! That's him in the middle. Have fun rockin' that Bad Boy!thx George! seems like it intonates ok….one of the few ones I’ve seen with what seems like an intact headstock….joining a blues band called King Bee…. will put it through its paces at practice tonight….![]()
I have Bose bluetooth headphones that I wear when walking the dog. Between the clarity of those headphones and some of the remastered recordings available, I hear parts that I didn't know existed in music I've been listening to for years.
