D'Addario CS rep just emailed me back. The EXL165 and EXL165TP are exactly the same strings. TP stands for Twin Pack. Yup, gonna go order some of those.

Slieve means mountain. I like it. Better than what I've been called before. No, the other part is my surname name. Though I think my bio dad's family goes back to Scotland before Ireland. I hardly knew any of them (not a loss on my part), so it's what I've pieced together. Apparently several generations ago they came over to Eastern Canada at some point (because it was no doubt too cold!), and migrated to Kentucky and settled an area closer to Cinci than here. Paternal grandfather, worked for the railroad and that brought him here. (Actually, both grandfathers work for L&N.)
I had a red headed Scotsman as a boss for a while - nice guy but he could EXPLODE - who was a bit taken aback when he found out that they had originally been an Irish family.
That was how everyone I knew or heard who wasn't a Yankees fan back then referred to them!

We are “Sirs” on the French side though.
Mum’s Paternal line resolves through Mauritius to Bretagne (Brittany) France where one on the direct paternal line was ennobled “and descendants” in 1432*. Granted I’m from the illegitimate coloured family line… but hey, I’m claiming it.
Worst part is I used to claim I was “from 100% peasant stock”.
* for his part in rescuing the Duke of Bretagne from captivity. I think the Brits** had him locked up. He was grateful and the Duke made them noble. Sieur is Sir in French I think.
** I think the Brits were Frogs back then anyway. Was the 100 year war on then? By the way Bretons (especially way back) don’t easily claim France, the Duchy was seperate for a good while and are Celtic with language similarities to Welsh & Cornwall (makes sense looking at an atlas). They also claim King Arthur, Merlin and the lady in the lake as being in Brittany. @Miles_ONeal you might need to add a visit from a Breton noble to your book !
