Congratulations!! Clearly someone of taste.....had only seen a few of these pics....Thanks for posting and WELCOME!!Finally joined the T-Bird club!!!! Got this one cuz Chris Squire had one! Now debating whether to make it “Vintage Accurate” and swap the tone knob and output jack and swap bridges or keep it rockin as is! That is a great price! Especially if its clean!!This is for sale down past Olympia, dirt cheap for these days unless there's something I don't know.

I'll gladly take a number!!! The only thing keeping me from swapping things as well is that I typically use angled cables so I wonder it that would then get in the way of the tone knob.Nice, congratulations! Let me know if you'd like a club number.
Do the switch of the jack and tone knob, take all of 5 minutes

Yeah. And hers has one of her giraffebird logos. But I’m always looking for a reason to post a pic of Nikki.Different finish on that one.
Yep. There was someone in the Facebook group contemplating “upgrading” the tapped DeColas in his ‘15 to a set of EMGs. It’s his bass. But what a travesty that’ll be for that Thunderbird if he does it.Not sure I'd call those pickups an upgrade, but to each their own.
I like that! A LOT!I'll have to think on that! I wasn't planning a return to Hollister until 2025, however, that could change
Some Mod Shop fun today, Gibson loves your clear PG idea!

I like it! But not for $2700 and not even having a matching headstock.I'll have to think on that! I wasn't planning a return to Hollister until 2025, however, that could change

Completely agree. Not sure what the thinking was there. I just love that finish. Not sure I'd call those pickups an upgrade, but to each their own.
And it can, but doesn't cause a problem with having it look odd. Personal preference I know.I'll gladly take a number!!! The only thing keeping me from swapping things as well is that I typically use angled cables so I wonder it that would then get in the way of the tone knob.
No excuse needed. Post away!Yeah. And hers has one of her giraffebird logos. But I’m always looking for a reason to post a pic of Nikki.
Since others are posting theirs, I’ll show mine. I have a ‘21 and a ‘13.Very nice! Congrats! And yes you should mod it (correct it).
I have since ditched the black knobs and used gold.

Sure is.Different finish on that one.
He sure did!!! Here’s my current “Squire” collection. Got the T-Bird, a 70s Jazz (albeit Squier), a Red Tobias (albeit 8 string instead 5), and naturally a Rickenbacker (albeit Jetglo).Congratulations! And welcome.
Yep, Squire played one at times. Few even realize that. He actually played a variety of basses from time to time.
