Thunderbird Club

wonders why mom wouldn’t let him near the throne…. :D

Our ex-drummer Steve from Detroit drank Budweiser - his "go to" beer. We gave him grief about it, but in a lighthearted manor. :) I've never been a "beer snob" so hey... whatever version of beer works for anyone - knock yourself out!
Here's the thing about Bud, and Bud light: being light beers, vs lagers and porters, it's harder to make consistent. Put aside for a moment whether you like it or not; that's irrelevant for the moment. It's impressive that no matter where you are, Bud tastes like Bud and BL tastes like BL. That's hundreds of thousands of not millions of gallons of a recipe that's always the same, and being a lighter beer, having nowhere to hide mistakes or artifacts. Doing that on the scale they do is impressive.

For sure - I like a light beer like Corona, which actually took over the #1 spot after the "woke" Bud fiasco.

It's a little like signing your name, simultaneously, with both hands. That's all.

Let's just play a Thunderbird...............

Which one is that? It looks like a 'burst reissue or maybe a black one that the lighting is making look reddish. I didn't know you had one of those relatively unremarkable Thunderbirds. The stage and backdrop are fantastic. I assume it's a video screen, but that's still pretty inspiring. You are clearly a big star these days.

Looks like the Queens black Studio bird. Supposedly very nice sounding Tbirds but relatively heavy. One for sale right now on the webs at a decent price.

It's a Cherry Studio, actually was the first time I've taken it out of the house to a show, it's a nice sounding bass - TB Plus pickups can sound really good sometimes, as you know! The shot is from Quil Ceda Casino in Marysville, we bring a 3 hour video of images that slowly morph when we play there, it
never hurts to put on a show that ties in with the music.
