Thx D! they tell me they'll like to meet you in person..Yes. Sound just doesn't bounce around and you have a battle of the freqs like many/most places.
I dig that bass. All your basses come to think of it.

not just them....yikes!....For those of you in the electronics space, just was told that HP is going to net 90 days on invoices. Of course, I told them that's not going to happen. But, this is a sign that they think the economy is heading south. Anyone else seeing anything similar?

the cap was a 10uFd tantalum, the flip flops should have been JKs instead of Ds...Got the correct cap. Can't see the flip flops...
No wonder you kept her around. She was always shedding her g string.
ahem
The wireless converts the signal to digital and the back to analog. I don't remember who it was who told me that a solid state amplifier is essentially a digital amplifier because that's how transistors work. I'm not sure I believe or even understand that, but if it's true, then there's more digital in the signal chain. Same with the Broughton filter and whatever other shiny boxes are turned on at any given time. I assume the DI box is more or less a pass-through, although it takes power. So maybe it's digital in some way, too.I'm pretty sure my G30 wireless puts an analog>digital>analog conversion right at the beginning of my signal chain.
Yep. I have a nice set of Gibson Thunderbirds. The Bicentennial, the ‘05 Studio, the ‘11 short scale, the ‘13 NR, the wonderful ‘15, and the ‘21 NR. I love my Epi birds too. And my BaCH NRs. And it turns out I can only play one at a time.I'm steadily re-tagging the showroom, you can guess which way the prices are going.
Glad I already own a lot of nice Thunderbirds.
Still NR Monday too!

Transistors can be used in analog or digital circuits. There may be digital aspects to parts of an amp.The wireless converts the signal to digital and the back to analog. I’ve had the opportunity to play George’s green one. He rewired it and it sounds good. It balances well from what I recall and feels pretty light. I really like the Matte color. It only takes seconds to adapt to the fanned fret layout. They’re rare. I would welcome one if it flew in. But I will never pay 6K for one. Or any amount remotely close to that. But that’s me. Others may feel differently. There are a couple D-Birds on Reverb today. It's been a while since I looked there, and I'm astonished by the prices. There will be plenty of other ways for me to get rid of money, but not in quite such large batches on one thing.
That was a great day. And who can forget CM Miles at dinner that night?Like this...........
