Most of he time has been "in transit" from Edmontopn to Vancouver - over a week. From two days ago on, we can blame the USPS. But objectively, CP's tracking reporting is pathetic, and their chatbot acts more keyword driven than anything else. After a couple of queries that got me nowhere, I asked to speak to a human. I got lost in a "please provide this info" list that was all stuff they had right there associated with the tracking number (or should have). SO I gacve up and asked, "Is the expected delivery date to my address or to customs?" and the andswer was, "We have no control over what customs does with your package."
The USPS has its share of problems, but the tracking reporting is better, as is their help.
I know you were (at least somewhat) kidding but just needed to vent.
