like Donnie says, one slice and you're pretty much done, deep dish was Chicago's answer to NY thin crust where they flipped the pizza upside down and made it a true pie...delicious..
Introduced to deep dish at BJ’s Chicago Pizzeria , original location in Santa Ana, CA.
Great cheap way for entire band to fill up before heading out to gigs in Hollywood.

Would stop there on the way home from G&L

When they added their brewery to some of the locations, my neighbor in Costa Mesa was the Brewmaster: I got free access to “unacceptable “ batches !

No such thing as an unacceptable batch...unless it's an IPA :vomit:
 
Their CEO is overhauling the brand to focus more on working musicians and people with more money than most beginners.
You mean: they realized that they need to draw in customers who actually have the funds to BUY products?

How about getting employees (need to pay them though) that know the difference between a RIC and a Schecter Stargazer?
