The white one has the Eric black "modern" pickups? What do you think of them compared to the stock Gibsons, assuming that's a CP.

Yes,
Aesthetically, they're very similar; in fact, nothing would tell them apart without knowing it. Sound-wise, they have a bit more output, and I also feel like they add a bit more treble to the Epiphone, which sounds very "dark" when it comes original.
And the weight... the two pickups weigh over 500 grams!

I think these are a really good alternative in case of a Gibson pickup failure, and they're really inexpensive.

Due to logistics my plans for multiple rigs got altered. Instead of driving down the mountain after the Gig tonight, (2 hours) we obtained a cabin walking distance to venue.
Will leave car loaded, and drive to Riverbank in the morning (downbeat at noon will run till about 7p)
The Mesa and the BXT are pulling duty for all gigs, as are the basses.

May swap out to the SVT and the 2x15 for Sunday…

I understand why you would be playing the Clapton version of I shot the Sheriff, but I highly recommend learning the Family Man bass lines at some point.
The Bob Marley version is like a nice Creme Brule vs Clapton's vanilla pudding in a plastic cup IMO

Well, the Non-Reverse isn't on it; there wasn't enough space, and it didn't work visually...

I know, only one is a "real" Gibson.
But the White one has Gibson tuners and bridge, CTS pots, Eric Custom pickups (9.5K & 14K !!!).
The Vintage are.........in progress...

That's a lovely collection of real Thunderbirds, Gibson or no. I'm personally happy for my Epis and Grecos to wear their real names.

I’ve lived ON the beachside.
Spent entire life living within an hour or so from the Pacific Ocean.
Have TRIED oysters, once. That was enough.

Gator? Yep. Urchin? Yep. Abalone Yep! Sashimi, Even Roasted Grasshopper.
Tripe, Haggis, black sausage

This list? Would eat again, oysters? Nope
