Thunderbird Club

I'm with you. I've had it and can easily live without it. More for the hawks and coyotes. But we don't have so many they are a problem. Deer on the other hand.... (I don't like venison either. Worse than rabbit.)
Yeah, deer are the big problem here. I'm picky about venison. I've had some good sausage.

Or as importing kudzu into the southeastern states. Although if we could cross kudzu with Thunderbirds, we'd all have more birds than we could play!
I saw a study a few yrs ago where they thought there was something in kudzu that could help people quit drinking. It's still all over, so apparently there's not that many wanting to quit drinking.
There's enough of it if were an eatable green there would be no food shortages.

I have no problem fitting any combination of gear in vehicles available to me, but having a full rig (albeit compact) and basses all in the trunk of my 2011 Charger, all out of sight, was nice. I could get to a venue and park, go in and check the situation, and not worry that someone could see what I have. And not have to stress about getting everything inside right away, and then have to babysit it while waiting for our turn.
?A donde esta' el Charger?

"Technically edible" is not much inducement to try it!
I love greens of about any kind, but have never seen it offered anywhere. But would try it before raw oysters. (No offense to those who like them.)
I didn't even know it was edible until after I had moved to Austin. I've never through to try it when I'm back east. Hence the qualifier; I don't know what it's like eating it. I doubt it's delicious, but wouldn't be surprised to find it anywhere from just tolerable to pretty good - although if I had to bet today I'd put my money on "ok".

Those 212s are great cabs. Not as big sounding as my 410, but still a great cab. And it's not heavy! Though it's been about 5 yrs since I moved it. It may be heavy now!

If I need to downsize my 410, I may consider another 212. Not sure... Would seriously consider Ashdown, likely not Neos. One thing I like about the 410 is the head is up enough to see and adjust easily. But I leave it at church, if I had to haul it in/out very often I would find something else for that.
Always liked the 212AV.
Doesn’t go super low, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing.
Still tight and punchy for a ported Ampeg.

Yummy Hama Hama oysters, we're out to Pt. Angeles next Tuesday and I'll get to have them again!

Better than Kudzu

Well now this kinda makes me mad….

Pretty awesome price for this.

I would have snatched this up and tried it out with the cabs I have, saved myself $2500. Not that I’m not happy with the Geezer head and Evo cabs I have, but this would have been a good way to dip my toes in the Ashdown pool, instead of diving right in the deep end.

I took a film class in college and had to dissect this documentary. This SoCal kid had no clue what Kudzu was until I watched it.

It’s twenty miles from my parents’ house.
