"Technically edible" is not much inducement to try it!
I love greens of about any kind, but have never seen it offered anywhere. But would try it before raw oysters. (No offense to those who like them.)
True. If it's anything like collard, mustard, or turnip greens(I like 'em all), I'd give it a shot.

I didn't even know it was edible until after I had moved to Austin. I've never through to try it when I'm back east. Hence the qualifier; I don't know what it's like eating it. I doubt it's delicious, but wouldn't be surprised to find it anywhere from just tolerable to pretty good - although if I had to bet today I'd put my money on "ok".
Prolly need quite a bit of that peppers in vinegar sauce.

Where I'm at with my Ashdown.....

I'm just working with my two Epi '64s presently, really like what I'm getting with this while playing with the band using my SWR 6x10. I'm using the Shape and have the lows rolled down quite a bit, some compression, I use the octave switch on a couple songs and really like it. The Epi '64 pickups aren't quite as bass present as The Real Deal or Lulls, but they don't sound bad, I'm really happy with them overall.
