Thunderbird Club

Agree, traded mine as part of the money for my SVT
My perception is my 100w Ampeg V-4BH (not the 70s style V-4B, which is different), has more lows than the ABM, which I find has tighter lows and is less big sounding if both were set flat. It has the same pre as an SVT, just different power section. The BH might be a little fatter, maybe, but is more clean sounding and that might contribute to that. In fact I use the ABM for basses that are a little hallow or boomy to tighten things up a bit. I love both, and they complement each other well. AN ABM with about 5 pre tubes like an Ampeg 3PRO would be killer.

That would be a 550 Spyder...

Are there any differences between the 2021-ish NR birds and the newer 2024/25 models? (mostly I'm thinking about neck shape, nut width or other little fitment/feel aspects).
I would seriously doubt it, but don't know this for a fact. Gibson seems to change things when there are other changes or versions, so I would think it uncharacteristic of them to just change the neck and nothing else. But it's Gibson, so who knows.

I wasn't aware that Gibson was even making Thunderbirds these days. This makes me happy, even thought I play reverses instead of NRs.
