Thunderbird Club

I did play the Lull, but that white Gibson is my favorite, despite the fingerboard mojoo_O

I think of it as a talent removal device - I let you guys play it, leave behind some of your mad skills and I then, benefit :woot:

OMFG. No way I can do that now. But that is a dream. A Lull fiver Tbird in the right color. I could sell everything except the ‘15, the Bachs, the Studio, and the Bicentennial. I’m thinking. My wife would absolutely kill me. She is not as understanding as Frank is. I don’t have the cash today. What to do?

TTT....

I really wanted something other than what Mike had for stock colors, I already had my purple '76, so metallic orange was the choice, added a lot to the price, I have no regrets!

can't believe you let me gig that....:hyper:
don't remember the forward position of that bridge cover and further, the fact I didn't notice it right away.....is it factory installed?

Your wife will kill you.
One day a '60s will come your way and you need to be ready.
Your wife will kill you.
The striping is awful.
Your wife will kill you.
Lulls are way overrated.
Your wife will kill you.
The strings are probably shot.
Your wife will kill you.
No one here thinks you need another bass.
They sound awful through a Berg.
And... Your wife will kill you.

I sat upstairs with it for a couple hours. I doubt anything transferred.

You shouldn't be selling yourself short, you know what you're doing on a bass :)

I think it needs to happen again! The bridge cover was installed by Mike, I found the part and had him add it after he took some pics of the bass (it was on his website for quite some time), as I really needed a bridge cover to lay my on when using a pick.

Here's the Master at work!
