Thunderbird Club

I’ve always loved the vintage vibe of the Kustom rigs but never had an opportunity to play thru one. Seems like all I hear about them is negative comments - heavy, boomy, muddy sound. But keep in mind that’s about all you hear about thunderbirds from the ill informed masses as well.
So would you compare the Kustom sound to anything else you’ve played through?
My Kasino, same innards and electronics sans the tuck and roll, was fine for what it was in the early seventies. It was way loud. The nostalgia part of me says having a vintage USA Kustom would be fun. But frankly, what I have now sounds so much better. Really no point to it now.
You hear the same negative comments about ACC 360 stacks as well.
I would still take a 360 though.

I guess our endless routine is for the World Cup that's coming here in 2026, supposedly. I'm not holding my breath, but there sure has been a lot of work on sidewalks and streets around the office, not too far from the stadiums. I suppose we should be happy, since it will finally be over someday.
That means the sidewalks will be completed in 2032.

Are you asking if there's another reason for you to kill me? I told a friend that my rebuilt Camaro isn't anything they have any interest in, and she's very interested. I told her I would put it in my will for her, but then she would have incentive to off me. She thought it was funny (I think).

Actually, the kids probably will find some use for all of my musical stuff. They will know what it is and will either use it or sell it. Besides, my intention is to be around and a pain in everyone's butt for at least another 30 years. AI will have taken over and made all of us irrelevant by then anyway.
You said "another reason." Are we talking multiples here?
Well I wasn't personally wasn't going to off you, but your concern about flying seemed like a window of opportunity to ask. As long as you weren't offended by a question regarding your potential and untimely demise. :smug:
