Pino Paladino anyone? One unsolicited YouTube recommendation I'm thankful for- need to break out the fretless and octave pedal-

I suppose the other option is to lean in: leave the chip and do some additional relic-ing.If the previous owner was famous it might've been an expensive "road worn" custom shop option- just sayin'
a must before jumping on the 737....

Get off my lawn!IDK, but my guess is that some senior member asks for it to be early.
I like the bridge cover idea!I suppose the other option is to lean in: leave the chip and do some additional relic-ing.
Sgt. Schultz Refinishing.I like the bridge cover idea!I see nothing!
Meant to ask earlier- is it a sensitivity? A firiend who once lived in San Francisco ate too many crabs as a kid and developed a sensitivity to seafood protiens- Sounds odd I know but apparently there were street vendors in the early-70's who sold the cooked crab, making them readily available -Both. No seafood since ~'85; no commercial flight since 12/25/1970.
To heck with those seniors. Oh wait….IDK, but my guess is that some senior member asks for it to be early.
Who knows. But the nitro finish on those is pretty thin. Mine has a tiny chip and I have no clue how it got there. I don’t necessarily baby my Thunderbirds; none of them are in cases. But I’m careful with them at the same time. How does that chip happen? Pulling the anchor or it took a hit that moved the anchor?
Yeah, but I’m thinking refined in something you can’t get otherwise. Like a Sparkling Pelham Blue for example. You would basically have a new bass in a cool color for under 2K. Frankly, were I still able to spend like a drunken sailor, I would probably buy it.If you can refinish it yourself it’s not a bad price.
But if you send it out for a finish job it’s gonna cost at least $500 plus shipping. You can find these all day long in great condition for $1500 or less. Hard pass for this non self finisher.
I revisited their catalog with the recent passing of Rob Hirst. Tons of great music.
Rockefeller? Those look perfectly prepared....Pre flight crab = yummy!
I had these as an appetizer last night, my mother's 94th b day.

I think they used both the synth and the bass guitar playing on that bass line.Jive Talkin is played on a synth, although he used a Ric for the video.
A retired “Grand Elk” or the likeIDK, but my guess is that some senior member asks for it to be early.
I only know because I cover Jive Talkin, did a bunch of reading about it, and then worked out a patch on my C4 pedal that provides a decent approximation. Of course it works best with my Ric-like object.
It is a blast to play!

Went well with two Manhattans, a Wagyu tenderloin and some gnocchi.Something I can’t get otherwise.Yeah, but I’m thinking refined in something you can’t get otherwise. My cousin gave me a copy of Odessa in 1969. Velvet album cover and all. I must have played it every day for at least a month. The “disco” period was not for me at all. But I have grown to appreciate it for what it was in its time.I think they used both the synth and the bass guitar playing on that bass line.
Whatever it is, it is great. First song that I thought WOW! Probably the first Bee Gees song that I knew was them. Got into the history a bit from then and during the Sat Night period.
I remember a bunch of us kids getting a little home from footy or some school function by one of the fathers, Staying Alive came on the radio and we all stopped talking - what’s that? - a stunning moment. After the track was back announced as the Bee Gees, Mr C said and they are an Aussie band, they started in Australia. Shocked. Had plenty of opportunities after that to hear that song on the radio & TV of course, but I remember the first.
