I assume that’s one of the Cataldo creations, love the look of those, judging from your smile so do you!
And a minty fresh white Wednesday to you as well…

$100.00 J neck and it plays like a dream - it's taking a trip to Pt. Angeles next month for 3 one hour sets. The Thunderbuckers are pretty good in this bass with it's spacing, I'm really diggin' it with the Ashdown.

Since I am the band's "Musical Director" I look for songs that will set us apart from the multitude of other cover/tribute bands around here, not that we don't play rock "standards" for certain events and venues, we do. There are many shows, especially local ones that really let us stretch it and the audience would much rather hear us do a song like "Because the Night", instead of Bon Jovi's "Runaway", however if we go to Pt. Angeles the reverse is probably true, so we have a lot of music to work with. We have an outdoor show in early August that likely will be the premier of "Ornamental Bush" our '60s/ '70s band that will play no Classic Rock.
Ornamental Bush is an awesome band name!

You left the price tag on that dress. Planning to return it? That would be a shame, it looks good.

Did Sharon make the quilt? That’s my wife’s main hobby these days.
Someone she worked with made it. We won it at a charity auction. One of the last ones she did before retiring from it because of arthritis (IIRC). We have three of her quilts, all gorgeous work.

I’d love to see some of your wife’s.

First coats of clear over goldtop gold are scary... they make very worrisome patterns that (hopefully) lay down as the clear does.

Nervewracking. Too focused to photograph.

Waiting the requiste hour before light spray #2, then let cure and prep for "burst, or bust" maybe this weekend.

If I end up with a blackbird, you'll know what happended.
