It could be worse. I drive a van with blacked out windows, carpet, and no seats in the back. Nothing says STAY AWAY like a van with blacked out windows, carpet, and no seats. I hear all the "Free Candy" jokes, but my sign says "Free Champagne." I'm into a different demographic.

I've shipped at least a dozen basses overseas with USPS and never had a problem, including three to Italy. Once they leave the US it's the receiving country's responsibility to provide tracking. THey do occasionally screw up US tracking but they've never lost one out of over 50 sent.

Rush probably couldn't afford their first van, let alone a custom paint job.

That's the rub, somehow. They want a measurement called "Girth", and there it gets murky.

It’s more that they rarely update it, so for most of the shipment’s travels you have no idea where it is.

Girth is height plus width times two. It's like your waist, how many inches around.

I know. I got that, then they present a formula that I can't properly discern- either I'm obtuse or it's confusing. The girth around a 4" tube is 13 1/2". There is one box for "Girth" and a letter I next to it, indicating contextual 'information" about the info needed for the "Girth" box. Then, in the paragraphs that appear in the window you open by clicking that letter I, comes the rubbing formula... "Girth" takes on an ambiguous quality.

Also I find the website non-intuitive to use. I'm only 56 years old...
