Thunderbird Club

I really enjoyed em both. Not really a metal guy at heart, but I like a lot of the textural stuff the Doom guys are doing. @ProgressiveDoom and @Korladis are doing really interesting stuff with their bands. Interesting and creative. Ever since you posted that Phil Manzanara clip, I’ve been listening to that record as well as Eno from that era, Berlin era Bowie, Neu! Been digging the trancy art rock stuff too

So i sidetrack, cause you said Berlin. totally unrelated.
Jack Bruce tears it up on this track, yeah, i've gone random again.

If it's anything like his cabs..................I'll take one.
I didn't mean Dude specifically; I was referring to the collective "you". Lotta people online have all the world's solutions. "Why don't they just implement my great, obvious solution that fixes everything?" And they almost never step up to trying it themselves.

To me this is a different thing from somebody with experience and education in a particular area...who usually aren't the ones making those comments. :)

No worries at all Haji.

And now for Vintage Sunday, wherever that might be around the world.

Very aware of Howling Giant...love em. Sheep Shifter are really good too.

My current favorite local band is Twen, but it ain’t heavy. More like 4ad records type sound. Like if Elizabeth from Cocteau Twins was singing for the Pixies

Vintage Sunday. 1975 B-301, ash with maple.

Possibly the only bridge worse than a 6isbon three point. Not only is it not adjustable for height, it doesn't follow the fretboard radius, and the 'roller' saddles can't be filed to compensate for that. DiMarzio designed pickup is sorta like a P-90, wide and short. Sounds good!

Great bass, nasty bridge.

Keeping the spirit of Vintage Sunday.
With me moving for a short time for school, I moved the 371 into my bedroom for the time being. And I still play it
(I’m not Carlo, I can’t post a different vintage piece of gear every week for a year)
