And as far as anything Jack Bruce goes, this is a total fav of mine. Around 2:05 is when things really take off.
It's hard for me to name a favorite Bruce piece, but I love the Songs for a Tailor album.
From Cream, these are a few of my favorites:

Naw, like this.
@JJR58 Did you see one of the Lou Reed Berlin shows at St. Ann’s Warehouse in 2006? It was really great.

Ah, sorry. I didn't realize at the time it was a historic thing. Bob Ezrin conducted. It was more, "Cool, Lou Reed is performing Berlin."I did not, Was still living in PDX at the time.

I just live in my own little world.

I have lotsa local Nashville favorites, but most of them are heavy. There is sooooo much talent in this town, I'm happy to have people tell me they like my band; it's enough to say "they don' think we suck!" That I've been able to be friends with so many local musicians who are just great, cool people is icing on the steak.Very aware of Howling Giant...love em. Sheep Shifter are really good too.
My current favorite local band is Twen, but it ain’t heavy. More like 4ad records type sound. Like if Elizabeth from Cocteau Twins was singing for the Pixies
