Discussing with my bassmates from local bands here in montreal, one of them pointed out there's a music store here called Moog audio that sells exclusively boutique instruments (sandberg, mike lull, etc) No gibsons nor fenders, finally!! my point being, he said there's a nice lull tbird there. Im going to try it out tuesday. I never thought i'd see the day when i could actually find one, here in montreal. That's amazing. I'll give you guys pictures for sure and my mini review on them. Also, pictures of my goth bird will be coming soon.

I know I've talked to Tbird1958 about this, but thought I would bring it up here. Now that Warmoth has stopped selling T-bird bodies, is there anywhere else where you can buy them. I know I could probably but a Epi-bird and part it out. But I'm really hoping to make one with PJ pups and a routed rear control cavity for active electronics. Thought I would put it out here. I already have most of the parts, just looking for a body as of now. Thanks for any info guys.

I bought this one on Ebay a while back. I have no solid plans for it, just bought it for a "someday" project. Not really sure what I want to do with it, I have tons of parts but not 100% sure I want to dive into another project yet. I already have a p-j Bird so I wanted to go a different direction with this body.

Tender Prey, that's a sweet PJ bird. Similar to what I want to do except mine will be sans pickgard. I keep looking on eBay, buy only find epi bodies. I guess I'll just keep looking.........

Thanks! I kind of wish this didn't have a guard either, but the white pearl looks good in person.
The guy I bought the unfinished body from posts them semi-regularly on Ebay. I asked him if he made them with a flame top and he made this one, then messaged me when he posted it for sale. His seller name is 100mph3 on Ebay. You can do what I did and message him telling him what you are after. I think he will make them with or without the raised center section. Good luck in your search.

Moog Audio's Montreal location will make you fall in love with Lullbirds, at least that was the effect it had on me last summer. I just don't have $3k laying around to drop on one :/

I'm pretty sure i'll feel exactly like you: in love with the bird but filled with great sadness of not having the money for it.

I finally got a decent action pic of my Pelham Blue Epi. I was in the right place at the right time last summer and scored it for just $100 bucks off CL. It came with a couple knicks that I've touched up, but it plays and sounds great. I also installed a strap button on the neck plate -- helps greatly with the neck dive.

I love that color. I had a similar score about two months ago with a Pelham blue non-reverse Gibson. However, that price you paid is an incredible deal. I've been looking at Epi T-Birds in Pelham blue on ebay thinking it would be a nice mate for my non-reverse. Nice job and great pic!

Someone in my town has one with the Epi hardshell case for $250 on craigslist. I know I'll regret not buying it but I've spent over $1,000 on my bass, gig bag, amp and other related stuff that I really can't justify it right now.
If it's still for sale in a month or so, though...
