FedEx and USPS did it again. It's not bass gear, but I had an order leave Reno, NV, 5 days ago, pass through Portland, OR, head on a tour of southern WA, and finally get handed over to USPS in Kelso, WA... so it could be sent back to Portland, so the USPS could generate 3 delivery exceptions (because once again the address has "APT" instead of "Unit" or "Space") and cheerfully announce the return of the package on the FIRST of the three exceptions. Meaning that they returned the package to the sender in Reno yesterday and then tried twice more to deliver it in Portland - once after returning it yesterday, once today. Anyone else confused yet, because I am sure getting there.
All this for a lousy t-shirt?
