First single ("Stop Your Sobbing") came out in 1979.
The first album came out January 1980, so technically (1980 finishing out the decade of the 70s) I consider this album coming out in the 70s. GLORIOUS RECORD!!!
Sorry, one more. I really like this song. The singer wrote it about the 1984 post-nuclear-war movie Threads. Really upbeat stuff. It had the weirdest bass line before I started playing with them, but I think I made it a lot better.

That '65 Starfire I is THE Starfire IMO. Only year with the single pickup in that position instead of at the neck like an EBO. Great sounding bass. A friend has two, I can't talk him out of one.
