Just went up to my local P.O. to confirm it stays there until I pick it up

Haha! It’s pretty maddening to make sure you’re home two days in a row only to have this happen. Gonna head to the post office now and be ‘that guy.’

Well here, 'attempted delivery' means the bloke filled out a card saying 'you weren't home, pick it up after 1600' and stopped his van long enough to leave it in your mailbox. We watched him do it, more than once. And yes, I was that waspish middle aged sheila who expressed my annoyance to anyone within earshot.

It’s just peculiar to me. Either myself or the girl were within 20 ft (3 kangaroo hops, or whatever it is you people measure with these days). I’ve had decent luck with the local P.O., really good luck with local fedex and the worst luck with UPS

The distortion section is one of those things that has to be always on or always off. I mostly use the ToneHammer for impedance matching and feedback control. Since I don't use dirt, there's no reason to replace the ToneHammer. But, shiny boxes.

I have an Empress Para EQ. Gotta say, it’s ok, but not great. Pretty fussy to quickly dial in live. The parametric eq on my Grace Felix upright pre is the business though

That's a good regional unit of measure. I'm pretty sure all kangaroos are metric...
