Thunderbird Club

Just wondering - is this number 7? If so, do we need to alert @KingFace ?
Gibson Thunderbird IV Reissue Black 1979
That's not the actual bass I don't think. Looks like just a sort of price guide. The only one available is that burst one below.

I started reading that new one too, once I saw 4 people taking it serious, I rose the white flag and left. The post was hilarious though.
Which thread is this? I barely have enough time to read THIS thread!

Something for our Queen..

I always liked that song a lot, even if it wasn't the usual sort of music (Slade) that I listen to at the time.
Nicely restored EMD E8's, the cars aren't the original ones but that's ok.

Too funny. My parents had the 1990 Thunderbird SC in champagne too. It had the push button race suspension option. Pretty cool coupe.

Mine was an 89, but because it was introduced late 89, I don't think any changes were made from 89 to 90.

The heaviest clutch I have felt outside of a 5 ton straight truck. And the auto-stiffening suspension was a cool feature. 6 way power seats with big bolsters to hold you in place when cornering. Great car for the time.
