I understand she's horribly back-logged right now, so it could take 12 - 18 months (the work of a good Queen is never done). Assuming your claim is approved by she who must be obeyed... you'll receive a notice in the mail which will include a certificate with the official seal, proving eligibility. Simply send that in to the warehouse in China with a check or money order for $39.95 for processing and shipping, and your brand new toaster oven will arrive in 6 to 8 weeks (how exciting)!!!
