Here’s a question for everyone. What do your usernames mean? I know some of them, like mine, are obvious, but a lot are not. Just curious.

I used the name elsewhere, and someone took Dr_Feelgoood, so I had to add numbers. 21 was my number in football (American football), I forget where the second 2 came from. What’s the 212?
Very nice bass!
As for the placements, it's a lot more probable that the pickguard is the one that is different, as it isn't an important dimension... it won't affect performance if it was located 4" down.
And just from comparing it to the pictures on Sweetwater, I'd say that is exactly what's causing it to look out of place.
Don't compare the bridge to the knobs, cause the knobs could be slightly different too. The pictures on Sweetwater show the pickguard to be slightly more forward than yours.I did think the pickguard might be at fault, but it looks to be in the right place, and that still leaves the bridge and tailpiece lying slightly forward.
I'll check the pics online re the pickguard.
Sh!t quality, but white Gibson Thunderbird, and an ACC 371 rig!
Weird! It plays for me :/Won't play, disabled by owner.
I was in graduate school, in the early 90s. One of my buddies was a big "Beavis and Butthead" fan. So, Steve became Stevis. Finding the rendering of grunge Beavis with guitar was a bonus. Here’s a question for everyone. What do your usernames mean? I know some of them, like mine, are obvious, but a lot are not. I like how that works, I really hate how it looks. My problem (one of the many, a lot of which aren't related to me being a terrible bassist) is that at 6'6" (yeah, I blend) I run out of strap length to work with. I have a Planet Waves strap on my ETBIV, which is just barely long enough, and I still have some tipping even though I moved the rear pin up the back of the body. I'm going to examine that strap to see if the 2nd Button Trick (2BT) is feez-ibble.Thats a great idea. I don't have this problem personally but you can always pass the strap over the back portion of the upper body, which tucks it in to you as well. It's really comfortable that way.
I thought it was Doctor Feelgood...
