Thunderbird Club

I'm looking forward to hearing about how it does it's job without anybody ever hearing what it does. I put the fDeck back on the pedal board recently. It's going to stay there from now on. Someday I might even get around to swapping the input and output locations to satisfy my retention issues. Lack of time generally overwhelms the urge for order, unfortunately.

'Goat man' isn't a compliment. No idea what his name is, but he walks past my desk periodically leaving me gagging and wretching. My colleague had the misfortune to get in a lift with him the other day and nearly didn't survive to tell the tale ... how could you not be nicer?

Don't let it go to your head.
I can hardly fit my head through the door as it is. This will just make it inflate more.

I have always liked goats, but they aren't the most floral smelling animals. There are far worse. If you really want evil smells, find a hog farm or a paper mill. You will never complain about goats again. Your olifactory nightmare man sounds like he's far beyond a goat.

Now, to whine a little about smells. I was stuck on a plane yesterday between a guy who smelled like sinus infection and another guy who smelled like a distant paper mill. It wasn't a good flight, and it was five hours long. I would rather drive the band van through Atlanta.

Speaking of horn players, the trumpet player is my (rotten) kid. Yeah, I'm boasting. So, sue me.

DOOOOOOOOOOOD!!! You have every right to be boastful and unapologetic!!! That band is an awesome collection of talent, and your son is certainly no exception!!! Awesome groove throughout!!! I'm gonna check out more of their stuff! Let him know he's got a fan in Michigan:cool::thumbsup:

Thank you. I don't think they have been at it as a band for very long, but they have all played forever. The kid started playing trumpet when he was in fourth grade. I thought it was one of those things he would do until the trumpet was paid for and then we would have this trumpet in a closet somewhere. Little did I know. The one he's playing in that video is the second one like it. We replaced his fourth grade trumpet with a professional model when he was in 7th grade, at the recommendation of his band director. He wore that one out, and the one you see probably ought to be replaced pretty soon, too. I didn't know trumpets could wear out. Now I do.

I bought this week old TBird from my brother. He didn’t give me a sibling discount but he did buy me a hard case which arrived today. The bass is real big so I have to wear it tilted higher to the left so I can reach the low notes.
That is beautiful! Why oh why can't I just be happy with the white one? Gassing so bad for a Tobacco Sunburst Vintage Pro.

Larry, I heard @Dr_Feelgoood212 just got an attractive new lead singer in the band and now he's practicing his back up vocals to impress her....

...there might be a good reason most bass players don't sing much.

B
Let it Goat. Man you're brutal.
