If I'm to keep up with this Club, I need to read it from early morning to late at night, checking in frequently during the day...
I've done well with that the last few days but I'm streaky when it comes to that and there have been times when I'm sooooooo far behind that I say fvck it and just move to the front of the thread. I feel a bit bad about doing it since I may be missing someone's NBD(like Fixer's) or someone's personal reveal(like bking's).
Having not missed those two Club "events" makes me question my skip forward approach to this Club at times since I'm glad I didn't "skip" them but my God, this Club moves so fast at times and there's only so much time in a day.

Between working, rehearsing with the band at weekends for our final show yesterday, fixing the apartment for future sale and running Open House sessions for buyers, there really isn’t much time to check in as regularly as I’d like...

There's some spoken dialogue at the end of "We Don't Need no Education", and during the fade out, the speaker is yelling at some laddie behind the bike shed to hold up or wait right there...

Actually it's a old amp made in China. They produced about 20,000 of them but most were lost when the container ship bringing them to the States sunk. Captain Verne wrote a book about it.
@hillerup has a great strategy going on. Being 4 days behind everything else going on around here means if tomorrow is TEOTWAWKI he won't see the news until the following Friday, thereby outliving all of us!

Might be losing our guitarist, which also means losing our rehearsal space. He's got some tinittus and doesn't want to use plugs, so he may be giving up the band. Additionally, our drummer has moved, and it puts him 45 minutes away. Gonna talk about it soon and see what we're gonna do with it. If this one folds, I'm prolly gonna see if I can get something new together.
