I'm sure that at least I remember that it looks like there's a chance that my current band may be folding up; hasn't been decided yet, but it seems to be going that way. Turns out that the recreational therapist at work has done the whole signed band/record deal/touring the country in a van thing. He wants to get together to jam, which I'm gonna explore. I have some ideas for direction that could be really fun. I gotta get another job so I can get back to a first shift schedule to allow all that to happen, though. It'd be kinda cool to have two projects goin' on...

At the Central Florida Highland Games a local burrito chain advertised haggis burritos. I passed.

On the bright side, Mainville is a neat little place not far from Landen and Loveland. Lived and worked in that area for over 30 years. If you're looking for some good dinner eats in the area you should hit the Montgomery Inn (Ribs King) best rack of ribs you'll find on that side of Kansas. Or for a quick cheap local lunch tradition hit a Skyline Chili and ask for a 4 way dry and hold the beans. Have a great gig!
