Burger and Fries @"Checkers"(kind of a poor man's Mickey D's)
I think Checkers out classes the arches, but not by much.
We used to look for old food under the van seats, mouldy crust off a steak and kidney pie or somethingBurger and Fries @"Checkers"(kind of a poor man's Mickey D's)
Ever since Mc Donald's switched their oil, their fries suck. I'll take Checkers' seasoned fries any time.
I saw them at the Hollywood Sportatorium in 77. Had to go with my older sister..
..Wlikeson played a Jazz all night..Glad we are on this topic for when I saw them they had the big white ugly Peavey backline. I've heard they would use Marshalls behind the Peaveys and that Leon used SVTs only. Is that true? I've always really dug his tone and was wondering if anyone here knows of any other amps he may have used? I looked but it's hard to find anything online..

The Sportatorium? Wow! I never went there 'cause when it was going,I was working. All the film/video I've seen of Leon ,he was using a NR TBird like mine(or,more accurately,mine is like his). I've never had anything but their breakfast menu... Moons Overs My Hammy and whatnot. Wouldn't know what's on their other menus.

You took over from Fixer. He's been a bit circumspect lately, so somebody had to pick up the slack. You stepped in and made it happen! Well done.
Our experience is they make enough for the guests and anything else goes to the wait staff and kitchen. The place we're playing Friday does give us a limited choice which we usually get "to go" Yay!

My van has painted bumpers and a painted radiator grill. I need to do an upgrade.I totally get the no political bumper sticker thing... too many angry idiots on both sides of the political divide.
My Silverado, a vehicle, has chrome bumpers.
This was in the '70s(Jeez I'm old). It was basically a bacon/cheddar cheese burger. Yeah,real cheese NOT "cheese sauce"
There was a guy in Miami that replaced his"bumper" w/ a piece of steel channel complete w/ surface rust.
Oh,yeah. They do it here. It tastes about as good as it sounds. Sorta like Velveeta but not as good.
