That's really devious. Love it.For many years I lived in the downstairs half of a house in Bondi. The arseholes in the next house over had a burglar alarm that used to like going off, particularly in warm weather. The siren was in the narrow pathway between the houses directly outside my window -- aka a canyon -- and was as loud as fvck.
It would go for 20 minutes, reset and go off again, reset and go off again, reset ...
One day I rang the polis and they duly turned up, inspected the outside of nextdoor, pronounced all clear and turned the alarm off. They told me 'next time this happens, as soon as it goes a second time, just turn this switch off'. It was the main power switch for their entire house!
On numerous subsequent occasions much vicarious pleasure was derived from hearing the arseholes next door arriving home to a dark house and defrosted food.
And you smile knowingly and go"Yep"TBH I don’t expect too much recognition of the logo down here. Other than ‘cool bird sticker’.
I think(not certain)Johnny still has a towel or something on his mic stand but I haven't seen them recently. They officially dropped the confederate flag last year.
You should have a warning for that!![]()
There's a story that Johnny and his wife were at a Jacksonville Symphony concert and Johnny hollered out"Free Bird". After which his lady smacked the crap outta him.![]()
I hear their name mentioned once in a while for local(FL)festivals. Are Molly Hatchet still kicking around? I quite liked their music in the early 80s. Less country, more rock. Kind of like ZZ Top with more musicians.
I shall return shortly. I have developed an irresistible urge to go play my NR 5 String Epi BirdUpdate: did about 15 minutes on the 5 string w/ the PJ pups, then about 5 minutes on the '67 w/ the original Gibby pups. I'm gonna have to change that P pup to a ThunderBucker. It just don't sound "right"

My pickguard's white w/ a red Bird,but yeah.
Some great microbrews here in the states. It's the only saving grace for beer here.
PBRs!!!!I am so glad I’m not into fancy beers. Just give me some Labatt Blue nice and cold and I’m a happy guy for half the price you guys are paying.

I went to look at mine-like the black better(grass is always greener)
Old Milwaukee?PBRs!!!!
That kind of alarm in NYC would have no use at all. Wouldn't even work as a deterrent.
