Where I work, GMNA, that's an immediate firing. Walked out after the discovery interview, no question about it. Your personal belongings would be boxed up for you and left for you to pick up from the lobby the following day.
We had a guy fired for looking at bikini clad buxom women after he failed to heed the warning he was given the first time. These weren't even nudes mind you. Bikini calendar type pics. The dummy didn't listen, lost his job. The most recent firing was this guy that texted the "n" word to a coworker... the coworker, a white guy, was offended at the language and rightfully so. He chose to go to HR with it. The texter was walked out within minutes of the discovery. I wouldn't have gone to HR but I'd have warned that dummy not to text me anything like that again. There is zero tolerance for anything that can be seen as sexual in nature, non-diversity and inclusive or racially insensitive.
