I’m planning on growing reapers next year..this year I’m doing Portuguese Piri Piri peppers..Still flaming for its size.
We have a jar of those that we grew and dried. Same with habaneros, cayennes, and some yellow hot peppers I can't remember the name of. They are not quite as hot as some of the others. We also have a jar of dried chipotles that are good for all kinds of things. Jalapenos are ripening now. Those don't dry so well. In the past, we have had some hot Hungarian peppers that did well and left a proper warm feeling all the way through and little red Thai chilis that were great dried and crushed up. Next year's garden will have something else, but I don't know what yet. We have potatoes that seem to restart themselves for several years at a time, garlic, and tomatoes growing right now. We usually have peas, but I blew it this year. It's amazing how productive a spot of ground that's about 8' by 15' can be.

That's due to the decomposition of the bodies.

Thai chillies are probably my favourite pepper. They are great in tomato salads.

So what strings are we all using on our Vintage Pros? I've just had mine set up with Rotosound nickels and it isn't working at all - they feel really floppy, particularly the E. I'm guessing it's a dodgy set as I've used these for years but it's put me off a bit.
I know this was discussed quite recently on here but the discussion moves on so quickly I've lost track of where it was!

I haven't changed mine out from the stock yet - I don't "love" them. I'm thinking Ken Smith Rock Masters for it, it needs a bit more "bass and lo mid presence" to my ear.

I put Rotosound tapes on the '91 and haven't had a chance to play it since. This is causing anguish. I'm probably going to call in sick if this work stuff doesn't stop. It's all in my head. And my head is sick of waiting to find out what the strings sound like. Who wouldn't accept that as a reason for a day off?
