Does that only apply to plasma tv's or does it also apply to LED or LCD tv's?

My previous LCD didn't seem to cause any issues. I don't know enough to tell you the difference, really, but I'd assume it has to do with the internal voltage requirements and shielding of each.

My current plasma definitely causes a hum. In fact, the interference changes somewhat with major lighting changes on screen and quits completely when you turn it off.

And speaking of Gibson 50th Anniversary...

I don't normally post soundbytes and those familiar with my band Neotek's music, will know we usually play originals and have a pretty industrial sound...

However we're doing a Halloween themed gig in a couple of weeks time with 3 other acts, and we've all been asked to perform 3 covers each inspired by Halloween.

We decided to have a "Ghost Rider" theme to all our covers for the night and have been working on the following songs:

The Raveonettes - Attack Of The Ghost Riders
Johnny Cash - Ghost Riders In The Sky
Suicide - Ghost Rider

And for the fun of it, we also did a cover of Motörheads "Ace of Spades"...

Below are some demos of these tracks with yours truly on guitars and a rather gnarly Gibson 50th Anniversay...

I had my TV on yesterday so this morning I tried it with everything in the area off. It still does it. It will buzz when I strum and continue to buzz as long as the string is vibrating. Then fade out with the note.

Is that with the tone full on, or does it buzz regardless of the tone setting?

I am familiar with Neotek, and I agree: it is a very pretty industrial sound. ;)

Those covers rock, brother! That's great stuff. Since we're Nashville based, I think I'll see if Threshing Floor wants to metalize Ghost Riders in the Sky. I love what you guys did with both of those tracks!
