Count, I see you have a 370 and 301. I haven't played my 'Bird into the 360 stack yet, but I'm looking forward to it. A Thunderbird through a big ol' pile of Acoustic Control stack will be sonic bliss!
Well the way this Thunderbird arrived on my doorstep, so to speak, was by letting go of the old Acoustic rig.
I live in a house that sets above the street, and you enter the basement by way of rough, mortared stone steps, and on a good day the cartage of big heavy gear is an often unwelcome addition to my day... I'm a carpenter for a living, and sometimes you want your fun to be just a little less work!
In winter it's a hazard when it gets icy and the piles heap up- I've hit the deck more than once with a big heavy cab. Also I'm not riding the Gravy Train, and have to make decisions about how happy I get to be with gear! Lol, a common problem to be sure. So it's gone, sadly, but it's created opportunity for my participation in this conference of the Birds, as it were.
Still got my Ampeg tank and trusty Trace head, so I don't feel too ill-served by circumstance. But it's ok that I didn't get the chance to dial the Thunderbird in with the 371! Still, I've got enough to be happy with. I'd come to terms with it all, am of good conscience. The guy who has it was heavily vetted (lol) and it's got a good home.
