If I was looking for a 5 string, I would give this Gibson some serious consideration:

Definitely needs some oil on that fingerboard and a proper set up, but it’s a nice instrument!

Was thinking for guitar Vince... but at $400+ it's never going to happen either way.

It doesn't work very well. I have heard one. It's more of a synth novelty thing that's useless unless you are making electronic noises.

I was kinda wondering if Hank was still around. He hasn't turned up as an irritant for a while. I figured he had run off with the Circus or you decided he was OK. Neither is true, apparently. Meaning all's well.

Seriously, if anyone sees one (in working condition) in a pawn shop for $50, buy it and PM me.

If I see one in working condition for $50, it will be worth $50 and postage to send it to somebody who thinks it might be useful. Sound clips would be required.
