Thunderbird Club

I have faith in GC, they've never done me wrong yet. If I had to make a bet, I'd bet that my purchase will result in a 2015 bird. The pic in my purchase didn't fit the description and the invoice and bill of sale all say 2015 TBird. The beast they have on their site right now is called a 2018 bird so that's probably what it is that they're selling. They again just probably put the wrong pic in the ad. And I suspect the pic they used was actually the 2015 I bought. Time will tell.

I've also had much success with GC, that Mesa head i got from them was originally supposed to come with a rack, it didn't with the original shipment of the head. So i simply sent an email to the person who originally helped me on line with the purchase. Low and behold, i get an email form the GC in Florida with a tracking # saying the rack has been shipped. Needless to say i was quite happy.

See ya, and raise ya.

So awesome, what a great looking bird! :bassist: What year is it?

That's why I behave like that on a race track instead of a street. I'm more of a granny on the street. Well, not entirely, but I admit nothing. I also armor up before riding, no matter what, and all risks I take are pretty well calculated. It's been like that for decades. Things can happen, but there are ways to even the odds. When people find out I ride sportbikes, I always get the stories of dead uncles, maimed buddies, and all that. It seems ghoulish to the story tellers, but I want to know everything about what happened. We can all learn something new, and passing along what went wrong and learning from it is one more way to even the odds. The stories won't ever make me stop riding. They do, however, make me smile. Getting out of bed might kill you, but nobody tells those stories.
Not entirely unrelated, I heard a story of a guy asking an EOD (explosive ordinance disposal) expert how he deals with the stress of his job. EOD expert says “there is no stress. I either get it right or it quickly becomes someone else’s problem”.

We’re all gonna go eventually. I’d rather have a smile on my face than hooked up to a machine in an old age home. That being said I don’t whip in and out of traffic or be a complete idiot.

Around here ya gotta drive like a partial idiot to avoid the 'completes'.

I know how you like Green! This one is a '76 that was beat to crap, I had it refined by Mike Lull, Michael Dolan.

Howdy Friends,

How do you think a paisley finish would look on a bird?

With the right colors, I would like it - have it done as a vinyl wrap.
