I'm not sure if you've seen the pics of the damage but they don't look fresh at all especially the dents to the lower horn.

This would need to be fairly radical, I think. And more or less contiguous in execution- not so much the contents of an antique shop as a semi-coordinated thing. But restraint would have to take a merely peripheral advisory seat. Hold the pedal down, as it were...

Nope, not that one, Michael. I remember the upholstery tacks(studs) were very much a part of the adornment.

That is the one that came to mind right away when the Steampumk idea was mentioned for me too.

That's interesting... I like the one with the curly trim pieces a little more though. I like the 19th-century look. I'm thinking Edward Gorey takes a ride in the 11th Dr Who's Tardis (my youngest daughter is a rabid Dr Who fan).

Went to my local community college and spoke with the music advisor/music tech coordinarot. I think i will be taking a few classes to further my education. Who knows if there will be a career change in a few years.
