Whew! At first glance I thought it was Tommy Shaw!Tart..... LOL. That's Tina Weymouth, I think. Everytime I see that clip, it occurs to me that Robert Trujillo must have spent hours watching it!
The bark?Keep lowering it gradually until it stops? Let your ears guide you -- where does the bark start?
Yep. Mine dives too. But it has such a great sound that it is staying.I had Chromes on my Epi EB3L. I liked the strings, wasn't crazy about the bass. More neckdive than I've ever experienced with my 'Bird.

The neck is really comfortable, great thunderous sound. It is a keeper for me. I also picked it up at a bargain price.
Yeah, I liked the sound(my first real bass was a Gibby EB-3)and it's what I'm playing in most of our videos on YT. These were outdoor gigs where I didn't want to take the 67 'Bird in the S FL humidity. The neck is really comfortable, great thunderous sound. It is a keeper for me. Nah, all you need is about 15 +/- feet of heavy electrical cord and access to the 220 socket.

I used to really like chrome flatwounds but this time I'm going with the LaBella Gold flats.

It's a sign.
The bark?
Ah... !Where it changes from 'donk donk donk' to a throaty snarly. Solo the neck pickup and try it to see what I mean.
Personality, demeanour, and timbre of the "Get the hell off my lawn!" should be sufficient. Otherwise, you are not acting your age.

When I had to use DOS, I wanted a real editor. One place I worked used CPM. I was thrilled to get a copy of the VMS-like utils that included DCL and EDT. (I had not seriously used UNIX yet.)A (long) while ago, I had a copy of VI for DOS. I have no idea why I thought that was good idea.
