awesome! can you use it for pepper crab as well? i really like it like that...the ones in s'pore come from bangladesh and are the fattest crabs i've ever seen..
that said, what you describe sounds like what we call a crawdad boil over in the southern parts of the US..
Ours are Aussie mud crabs, I had mine at Kingsleys on Woolloomooloo Wharf. Great feed, really special, not cheap.
massive! i've seen your lobsters when traveling through Asia and they are really big as well..Ours are Aussie mud crabs, I had mine at Kingsleys on Woolloomooloo Wharf. Great feed, really special, not cheap.
Where To Get Your Claws On Sydney’s Best Crab
I think crawdads are equivalent to our
Yabbies / Marron (in WA). Could be wrong.
This is a Qld Mud Crab (pic from a news article) (not me in the pic)

Funny, living in England never had that effect on me..
I am a Marmite eater (having been born in and lived in Britain).
and watching other critters eating them..
The ones they use in the restaurants stick to the 800g-1kg size range.massive! i've seen your lobsters when traveling through Asia and they are really big as well..
sounds like you boil them? we steam them in cheap beer...Schlitz...PBR...The ones they use in the restaurants stick to the 800g-1kg size range.
The recipes do anyway.
Fresh muddy straight from the creek to the pot to the plate is excellent also.
Things with "-mite" as a suffix... they don't lend themselves, for my taste, to an association with food.
However we Americans eat a lot of garbage, so take it for what it's worth.

the crab I was talking about..Not sure i could hang with ruining a perfectly good lobster steamed in crap beer, no offense. Never tried it, not sure i'd want to. And i thought i was a daring Chechen.![]()

interesting, mine never have.....prolly cause I feed them?..Dogs eat their poop. Doesn't mean I will.
...more work (less meat) but much sweeter tasting..

one's thing's for certain, if desperately hungry humans revert to cannibalism, I'm 100% sure they would prefer oysters instead..
Oh my. That is a strikingly beautiful “cruiser.”
FPC's Maranello post reminded me that I've been wanting to look into a Guild Starfire II (the Phil Lesh Alembic version being well out of my price range for now). While poking around in Guild and Alembic territory, I ran across this video. They don't show Phil's bass well very often, but that first song is a wonderful cover of one of my all time faves- the Rock and Roll Animal version of Sweet Jane (with Intro).
Meanwhile, any thoughts on the Guild?
