Thunderbird Thursday circa 2015...

Now strung with Cobalt Flats and lovin it! Very deep and dark with the neck pup at 9 the bridge pup at 7 and the tone at 5 or less.

Never liked the look of exposed poles on any bass. Considering putting gloss or chrome black covers and trim rings on the pups. Will need to lay a piece of sheet metal across the pups first as a test to see if the metal will negatively effect the magnetic field and sound. Any guesses?

shouldn't matter as long as they are not grounded (and even then it should be a no care) is that the stock bridge?

Yeah, the 2015 model came stock with a Babicz bridge. I did remove the stock spacer plate to drop the action a bit. It's a nice bridge but it took a lot longer to dial in than my 3 points typically do.

Most people I mention it to have no idea wuttinnahell it is-even when I describe it as Kustom's "cheap" line. Still has the original square magnet speakers and they still rattle plates on the wall.:thumbsup:
